Flat Roof Installation
Modern, watertight flat roofing solutions
About Flat Roof Installation
Modern flat roofing systems have come a long way from traditional torch-on felt. We specialise in GRP (fibreglass) and EPDM rubber flat roofing — both offer superior waterproofing, durability, and long warranties.
GRP fibreglass is our most popular choice for domestic extensions and garages. It is laid in one seamless sheet with no joins to leak, and the finished surface can be walked on without damage. EPDM rubber is a great option for larger areas, offering excellent flexibility across temperature extremes. Both systems are installed by trained operatives and come with manufacturer-backed guarantees.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a flat roof last?
A GRP fibreglass or EPDM rubber flat roof should last 25–50 years. Traditional felt typically lasts only 10–15 years.
Do I need to replace the deck boards?
If the existing deck is sound we can often overlay. If it is damp or soft, we replace the OSB deck as part of the installation.
Can a flat roof be converted to a pitched roof?
Yes — this is possible and we can advise on the structural and planning requirements.
