Fencing
Secure boundaries with quality fencing
About Fencing
A quality fence provides security, privacy, and defines the boundary of your property. We supply and install fencing throughout Bristol and the surrounding areas, with a wide range of options to suit every style and budget.
Our most popular product is close-board (feather-edge) fencing, which provides excellent privacy and is very robust in all weather conditions. We also install trellis, post and rail, picket fence, and various composite fencing systems. Every installation uses pressure-treated timber, and all posts are set in concrete to ensure the fence remains upright through years of wind and weather. We also carry out repairs and single panel replacements on existing fencing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does timber fencing last?
Pressure-treated timber fencing typically lasts 15–20 years. Posts set in concrete should last even longer.
Do I need permission to put up a fence?
Fences up to 2m in height do not usually require planning permission. Fences on a road boundary are limited to 1m without permission.
Who is responsible for a shared boundary fence?
The title deeds will usually indicate responsibility. We can advise on the practical side, but boundary ownership is ultimately a legal matter.
